Materials and their features

Zincor: they are metal sheets of Galvanized iron that are cut by special plasma machines for metal cutting and weld them according to the required design and shape (logos, letters, ets.). This material is distinguished by its high durability and its resistance to various weather factors. It is manufactured, shaped and given the color required by the customer with special thermal paints. One of its advantages is its long-life span as it is resistant to weather factors and can be installed externally or internally as required. It is preferable to install it on a cladding background.

Types of channel letter signs :

Zincor without lighting

It is made entirely of Zincor, formed according to the identity of the customer. And it is installed on the storefronts with screws fixed with forex material.

Zincor with a Luminous Acrylic face

The edges of this type of signs are made of Zincor, while the face is made of Acrylic for its ability to output and filter the light according to the desired color and shape and are lit by led bulbsand are fixed on the facades by screws fixed on the forex material.

Backlit Zincor

Made entirely of Zincor material, so that it is formed and painted according to the customer’s identity and the required shape, led bulbs are installed inside and installed by special legs so that they are away from the background of the installation by about 3 cm (about 1.18 in) to frame the shape with lighting from all sides.

Stainless steel without lighting

It is made entirely of stainless steel, formed according to the identity of the customer. And it is installed on the storefronts with screws fixed with forex material.

Stainless steel with Luminous Acrylic face

The edges of this type of signs are made of stainless steel while the face is made of Acrylic for its ability to output and filter the light according to the desired color and shape and are lit by led bulbs and are fixed on the storefronts by screws fixed on the forex material.

Backlit stainless steel

It is made entirely of backlit stainless material so that it is formed and painted according to the customer’s identity and the required shape, led bulbs are installed inside and installed by special legs so that they are away from the background of the installation by about 3 c.m to frame the shape with lighting from all sides.

Fully Acrylic

The signs are made entirely of acrylic material where the required colors are chosen, laser cut and combined according to the required shape, led bulbs are installed inside them and fixed with special Glue on the forex material.

Mixed signs

In these signs, several techniques are combined in their various parts, and are often used in complex logos.
